Tommi Ojala
Venla-nominated TV director, technical producer and screenwriter with wide-ranging experience in documentary filmmaking, reality and scripted reality. Ran the technical production of Big Brother Finland with a challenging 24/7 setup of more than 70 cameras. Directed Love Island on location in Spain and Survivor in the Philippines, and directed and wrote all three seasons of Lapland Police for FOX. Skilled VT editor for MTV3 and Viaplay. Specialises in solving complex problems and values high quality above everything else.

Emmy and Bafta-winning TV and radio reporter and producer with decades of experience at Channel 4 News, ITV News and CNN in London, MTV3 in Finland, and the Associated Press. Media Trainer with UK-based PA Media Academy.
A communications expert with world-class writing, editing and TV production skills, and a Makers software development bootcamp graduate. Experienced in working with high-profile people and mentoring junior colleagues. Known for remaining calm in a crisis.
